A Russian woman, Ms Olga Anisimova, who lost a test case on refugees last month, was deported yesterday, Mr John McCamley of the Anti-Racist Campaign said yesterday. Ms Anisimova unsuccessfully challenged the provisions of the "Dublin Convention", which holds that refugees must apply for asylum in the first EU country they enter.
