Royals treated as brainless - prince

London - Prince Edward has complained that British people treat members of the royal family as if they have no brains, it was disclosed yesterday. The prince said that his status has not helped him launch his career as a TV producer in the UK because British people have "a hang-up about titles". He said it was easier for his TV work to be accepted on its merits in the US. He was speaking at the US launch in California of his documentary Crown and Country, to be screened in the US from September.
