A comprehensive child and adolescent psychiatric service is to be developed by the Department of Health and Children and by the health boards, the Minister of State for Children said yesterday.
Ms Mary Hanafin TD said an extra £3.225 million had been allocated to fund the appointment of additional consultant psychiatrists and other professionals.
