HONG KONG - Exiled Prince Norodom Sirivudh, accused of plotting to kill Cambodia's Second Prime Minister, Mr Hun Sen, was barred from returning to Cambodia yesterday, but said he would persist in attempts to go home for a fair trial.

The prince, stranded in Hong Kong when an airline refused to fly him home after warnings that he would be arrested, said his government had nothing to fear as he had no army behind him.
