The President, Mrs Robinson, is visiting Northern Ireland today. This morning she is addressing a conference on the disabled in the Europa Belfast, and later will give a lunchtime address to the Belfast Rotary Club. In the afternoon, Mrs Robinson will go to Newtownabbey, in north Belfast, where she will meet representatives of the charitable group Barnardos and the Greencastle Women's Project.
