An English couple booked theatre tickets in Dublin, asking for good seats with an unrestricted view. It turned out that they could see only parts of the stage.
They complained to the ticket office but got no response.
The ECC in Dublin wrote to the theatre on their behalf, outlining their rights, and obtained a refund of the tickets and booking fee.
