THE Garda report on the death of a young person at the Point Theatre, Dublin, on Saturday, May 11th, was not referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions as there was no evidence of criminality, the Minister for Justice, Mrs Owen, said in a written reply to Mr Sean Haughey (FF, Dublin North Central).
