Along with an excellent range of ethnic and speciality foods, Hayes makes funky sandwiches - camembert and roast peppers; smoked chicken with Dubliner cheese and relish; Stilton and Guinness pate and walnuts are just some of the types - and he also sells fine pates made by the Patchwork company, and has a truly impressive cheese counter. For picnicking, this is pretty much a one-stop shop.
