A house in north Belfast was petrol bombed at around 4 a.m. this morning.

A house in north Belfast was petrol bombed at around 4 a.m. this morning.

The family in the house at Forthriver Link were woken by the sound of a downstairs window being smashed by a breeze block.

The petrol bomb was thrown in after that.

The living room of was badly damaged in the resulting fire.
