PRINCE CHARLES has allocated a bedroom in his house at Highgrove, in the west of England, to Camilla Parker Bowles, and ordered staff there to address her as "m'lady", the Daily Mirror has reported.

It said Parker Bowles often stayed at Highgrove, even when Charles was out of the country, and generally ran the domestic side of the house.

A British former factory worker, who won a lottery prize worth £11 million, has died after a 20 month binge on cigarettes, drink and takeaway food, the Sun newspaper said.

It said Ernie Bailey (63) ignored doctors' advice to stop drinking and smoking and weighed 310 pounds by the time he died.

Actor Charlie Sheen has been arrested for allegedly venting his anger over his stolen Porsche on female friend Brittany Ashland, and has been charged with assault with force.

Ashland (24), told US tabloids that Sheen beat her up, splitting her lip after another woman took his $70,000 sports car late last month. Sheen was released on $20,000 bail.

Belgian actor Jean Claude van Damme wants to make sure Nicolas Francois, the one year old son of his estranged wife Darcy la Piere, is really his. He is demanding blood tests to determine whether he's the genetic father.

Van Damme filed for divorce in December.
