The latest producer to join the merry ranks of Dublin's Temple Bar Market is John McInerney's family firm, St Martin Shellfish, which is promising the oysters it supplies will be the freshest available in the capital. The oysters will be prepared from the waters of west Clare each Friday and you will be able to buy them in Temple Bar from 8 a.m. on Saturday.
