A jury has found Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols guilty of all 161 counts of murder for his part in the April 19th, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal building.

The same jury will now determine whether Nichols receives the death penalty or life in prison for the crimes.

He already is serving a life sentence for a conviction in federal court in the deaths of eight federal officials in the blast.
