London - A man who was accused of taking part in a sexual assault alongside Mr Neil and Mrs Christine Hamilton will have no further action taken against him, Scotland Yard said yesterday.
Mr and Mrs Hamilton were arrested over allegations by lecturer Ms Nadine Milroy-Sloan (28) in August but were later cleared by police. The third person she accused, Mr Barry Lehaney (61), was cleared yesterday on the advice of the Crown Prosecution Service.
