The Irish Naval Service detained a fishing vessel this morning for an alleged breach of fishing regulations.
The LE Aoifedetained the Irish ship the Deborah Mabout 70 miles off Mizen Head and is currently escorting the ship to Castletownbere, Co Cork.
The ship will be inspected by Department officials when it reaches the harbour later this afternoon.
