A murder trial jury was discharged at the Central Criminal Court in Dublin yesterday after one juror failed to turn up

A murder trial jury was discharged at the Central Criminal Court in Dublin yesterday after one juror failed to turn up. Mr Joseph O'Brien (48), of West Cork, and his two sons, Kieran (21) and Noel (20), pleaded not guilty on Monday to the murder of Mrs Julia O'Brien (45) at the family home at High Street, Drimo league, Co Cork, on December 24th, 1995.

A new trial date is to be set.
