Dublin's Colin Moran is available for selection ahead of Sunday's Leinster final meeting with Wexford, after having his four-week ban lifted by the Disputes Resolution Authority.

Moran had a hearing with DRA last night and was omitted from the Dublin team in the absence of a ruling.

He was replaced by Kilmacud Crokes' wing back Kevin Nolan but that decision may now be revised by manager Paul Caffrey in light of this morning's news.

Moran had been banned after referee Padraig Hughes upgraded a yellow card to red after viewing replays of the his collision with Westmeath's Dermot Bannon on June 29th.

The DRA has said a statement on the ruling will be released in due course.

Caffrey made four other changes to the side that struggled against Westmeath.

Ciarán Whelan replaces Eamon Fennell in midfield, while both wing forwards are replaced as Kevin Bonner takes over from the hamstrung Bernard Brogan and Dermot Connolly is named ahead of Paul Flynn.

Ross McConnell has replaced Paul Griffin at fullback.

Wexford manager Jason Ryan has selected the same team that beat Laois on June 22nd.

Monaghan's Paul Finlay, meanwhile, was unsuccessful in his attempt to overturn the eight week ban he received for verbally abusing referee Derek Fahy.

Finlay was handed the ban for approaching Fahy after the Ulster championship defeat to Fermanagh to complain over a decision that led to a Ciarán McElroy goal.

The decision will see the midfielder miss this weekend's quailfier against Derry and he will not become available again until the All-Ireland semi-finals, should Monaghan progress that far of course.
