Religious leaders in Monaghan have said that a short act of worship will be held in front of the Courthouse in Monaghan town at 3 p.m. tomorrow. The service has been called in response to a plea from the four main church leaders in Northern Ireland for people to acknowledge the Omagh tragedy.

Gardai say the owner of the car used by the bombers, a young Castleblayney man who was visiting his girlfriend in Carrickmacross when the vehicle was stolen, was "devastated" that his vehicle had been used to transport the bomb.
