Irish exploration group MinMet says it has completed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Klippen Guld to fellow Irish-based resource company Ovoca Resources in exchange for 11 million shares in Ovoca.

MinMet will not sell the Ovoca shares for 12 months from completion.

Upon issue of shares MinMet will own a 22.5 per cent of the enlarged share capital of Ovoca.
