CAPE TOWN - President Nelson Mandela named four new ministers to fill the places left by the withdrawal of the Mr F.W

CAPE TOWN - President Nelson Mandela named four new ministers to fill the places left by the withdrawal of the Mr F.W. de Klerk's National Party (NP) from South Africa's government.

Mr Pallo Jordan, axed as Posts and Telecommunications Minister in a March reshuffle, returns to the cabinet in the post of Environment Affairs. The other three new ministers are Ms Geraldine Fraser Moleketi, Mr Mohammed Valli Moosn and Mr Pennuell Maduna.
