Gardai in Drogheda are investigating the death of a local man who fell from a third-floor apartment on St Lawrence's Street in the town on Monday night. Mr Martin Lynch (23), from Crawley's Court, Drogheda, was dead on arrival at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.
Gardai said Mr Lynch had earlier been drinking with friends, after which they went back to the apartment. A short time later he was seen falling from the window. Gardai said they were not treating his death as suspicious.
