A man was in a stable condition in hospital early today after being stabbed in a house off Meath Street, Dublin.
Gardai said he was injured in a "domestic incident" in Weaver's Row shortly after midnight.
The man was taken to St James's Hospital where he underwent surgery.
A hospital spokeswoman described his condition as stable.
