A man who was arrested by gardaí in connection with the murder investigation launched after the discovery of the body of man yesterday, is to appear in Dublin District Court tomorrow morning.
The man, in his late 30s, is to be charged with an offence under the Non-Fatal Offences against the Persons Act.
He was arrested this morning in the Benburb Street area of Dublin's north inner city, near where the body was found on a building site.
A post-mortem examination carried out last night showed that the victim died of head injuries.

It is thought the victim, in his 50s and said to have been homeless,died on Friday night or Saturday morning.
His name has not yet been released.
