A Dublin Court has ordered the extradition for a man wanted in England on social security fraud charges involving up to £25,000. Mr Martin Tymon (43) was arrested at Termon Road, Boyle, Co Roscommon, last Wednesday on foot of an extradition warrant, issued by Thames Valley Police. Dublin District Court heard he was charged with defrauding social security between January 1994 and October 1995 while living in Bambury, Oxfordshire. He replied "That's a load of shit". Mr Charles Corcoran BL said his client consented to the extradition and waived his right to appeal.
