A man is due to appear in court this afternoon following the discovery of a woman's body in Co Meath last night.
Ms Marie Bridgeman (56) was discovered outside her house in Ratoath at around midnight. It is believed she had been beaten.
A 35-year-old man is due in court in Navan this afternoon charged under Section 4 of the Non Fatal Offences Act.
Post mortem results have not yet been released.
