Man charged with murder is remanded

The Ennis man charged with the murder of Belgian national Mr Walter van Dael was yesterday further remanded in custody to reappear before Ennis District Court next Friday. Mr Eric Considine (23) of Stone Court, Drumbiggle, Ennis, is charged with the murder of Mr van Dael on July 26th. He has been denied bail. His solicitor, Mr Gerry Flynn, told the court that a fresh application for bail would be made in the High Court next Tuesday.
