A 35-year old Dublin man appeared before Kilmainham District Court yesterday charged with the murder of a German national. Mr Joseph Byrne, of Derry Drive, Crumlin, is charged with the murder of security guard Mr Hans Herman Clausen at the premises of George Cook & Co. Ltd., Bluebell Lane, on May 2nd.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Kilmainham District Court again on May 21st.
