A man was charged yesterday with murdering Mr Thomas Annett (34) in the Ormeau Road area of Belfast on July 12th last year.
The defendant is Mr Colin Stephen Lindsay (30), of Lenaghan Lodge, Belvoir Estate, Belfast. A detective told the Magistrates' Court that when when he was charged he replied: "Definitely not guilty."
Mr Lindsay was remanded in custody to appear at the Maze Court on December 17th.
