A 22-year-old man is to appear in court tomorrow charged in connection with the murder of a man whose body was found in a Co Fermanagh bog two years ago.
He will face charges of withholding information and perverting the course of justice following the discovery of the remains of former RAF man Mr David Sullivan, (51), in Belcoo.
Police believe the Parkinson's disease sufferer may have been buried for up to 18 months before his body was discovered in February 2000.
Officers have carried out extensive searches of the remote bogland in a bid to find clues about who killed Mr Sullivan.
A spokeswoman tonight confirmed a man will face magistrates in Enniskillen tomorrow morning charged in connection with the probe into the retired bus driver's disappearance and murder.
Mr Sullivan was heavily dependent on medication, with restricted mobility, at the time he vanished.
After the body was found by a man out walking his dog, his elderly mother provided police with DNA in an attempt to identify the decomposed remains.
