An Ennis man charged with the murder of a Belgian national, Mr Walter van Dael (42), was further remanded in custody to August 30th at Ennis District Court yesterday.
Mr Eric Considine (23), of Stone Court, Drumbiggle, Ennis, is charged with murder of the man contrary to common law at the Abbey Tourist Hostel, Harmony Row, Ennis on July 26th last.
