Service on the Luas Green Line in Dublin has returned to normal after being been disrupted for several hours due to a fire on Harcourt Street.

Four fire engines attended the blaze this afternoon after a fire started in a derelict building.

A Dublin Fire Brigade spokesman said a turntable ladder and a senior fire brigade officer were also at the scene, although the incident was now being "wound down".

Some damage was caused to the roof of an adjacent building but no injuries were reported.
