London - The former Chilean dictator, Gen Augusto Pinochet, will learn today, his 83rd birthday, whether he enjoys immunity from arrest or faces extradition to Spain on charges of murder, torture and genocide. As the House of Lords ruling was awaited two Spanish tourists were kidnapped in Chile in a move apparently linked to the detention of Gen Pinochet, according to a report filed with the country's Spanish embassy by their family yesterday.
