Oslo - Norway's Labour minority government resigned yesterday, paving the way for Mr Kjell Magne Bondevik and a new three-party centrist coalition to take power. The Labour Prime Minister, Mr Thorbjoern Jagland, announced the resignation of his 12-month-old government to parliament after it had presented the draft budget for 1998.
