Cricket:Ireland remain undefeated and top of the Division One table at the World Cricket League after their five wicket win over Canada at the VRA Amstelveen, Netherlands.
Canada elected to bat first after winning the toss and set a modest target of 154 for nine from 50 overs.
From there Ireland were always favourite to surpass the target and Phil Simmons’ side did so with 11 overs to spare to record their fourth straight win of the campaign.
Kevin O'Brien (43) and John Mooney (44) were the top scorers with the bat for Ireland.
