London - Liz Hurley and Hugh Grant, who have been described as the Diana and Charles of the showbusiness world, yesterday announced they had separated. They met in 1987 on a film set. In 1994 the pair appeared together at the premiere of Grant's first big film, Four Weddings and a Funeral, when Liz Hurley's Versace dress created a sensation. But a year later Grant was arrested in Los Angeles for engaging in a sex act with a prostitute - an incident from which their relationship never recovered, according to friends.
