Calls to helpline: 1,145 with 58 per cent concerned about abuse in the family and 42 per cent concerned about abuse outside family.

Therapeutic appointments: 1,568.

Main concerns: 203 requests for information; 99 questions about a child's behaviour; 65 calls from an adult survivor of abuse; 68 calls about the rape/ sexual assault of a child or teenager under 18 years of age; 48 calls about sexualised behaviour; 34 calls about alleged offenders' access to children.
