ALGIERS - Gunmen, thought to be Muslim guerrillas, have abducted two teenage schoolgirls on their way to their classes in Medea, 70 km southwest of Algiers. Algeria's main Arabic language newspaper, Al Khabar, said the girls appeared to have been taken to a hideout in Medea, a stronghold for" Muslim guerrillas after the abduction.
