London - A mother whose pregnancy was not diagnosed is fighting a legal battle with her GP for money to bring up her disabled daughter.

Ms Sarah Conway sued Dr Miranda Selby after she failed to spot she was pregnant, the Court of Appeal was told. She had earlier undergone a sterilisation operation, but no one knew she was pregnant.
