THREE MEMBERS of the same well-known Dublin family have been listed as directors of the company behind Rostrevor nursing home.
The Lipsett family home on Zion Road in south Dublin is also listed as the address for Kitelm Ltd, which operates the nursing home.
Assets of the company exceed €2 million, according to accounts held by the Company Registration Office. Until this year, Therese Lipsett was listed as a director of the company. In March she passed this directorship on to one of her three daughters, Sarah.
Another daughter, Avila, is also a director. Ms Lipsett is a well- own socialite. Last year she featured as a dinner party host on RTÉ programme Rachel Allen's Dinner Parties.
Successful model Roz Lipsett is the third daughter. She is not named as a director on Kitelm Ltd. As well as modelling in New York, the young Dubliner has also been studying become a barrister.
Therese Lipsett is also as a director of the Othello Hotel. The hotel provides budget accommodation in Dublin city centre. The other director is Robert Lipsett.
Ms Lipsett, a nurse, was struck off the register last December after she was found guilty of professional misconduct in relation to a 2005 incident.
She was fined €8,000 for 10 breaches in regulations relating to the care and welfare of residents at Rostrevor in 2005.
