DART drivers have called off their threatened curfew on all trains to Dublin's north side

DART drivers have called off their threatened curfew on all trains to Dublin's north side. The drivers had threatened to stop staffing late trains north of Connolly station because of attacks. Private security personnel were supplemented by gardai on the weekend DART to ensure there were no serious incidents.

A shop steward said yesterday the drivers would keep the situation under review and they reserved the right to withdraw services if the security situation got worse.
