GAA Championship draws:All-Ireland champions Kerry will be reunited with beaten finalists and fierce rivals Cork in the Munster semi-final if they can open the defence of their title with a win over Tipperary next year. The draw for the 2010 GAA football and hurling championships was made a Headquarters tonight and pitted the Kingdom against Tipp in Munster's preliminary round.

Like Cork, Limerick are straight through to the semis and await the winners of the other preliminary match between Clare and Waterford.

Leinster champions Dublin will meet Wexford in their provincial quarter-final, while Kildare will face either Louth or Longford and Meath must beat Offaly in the preliminary round for the right to face Laois.

In Connacht, Mayo have a tough opening task with a quarter-final against Sligo and the prize for winning is a semi-final meeting with Galway.

All of which leaves Leitrim, who got a bye to the semis, to await either London or Roscommon.

In a repeat of last year’s Ulster final, Antrim will meet Tyrone in the Ulster quarter-final, but it all eyes will be fixed on the tasty preliminary between Derry and Armagh beforehand.

One of those two will face Monaghan in the quarters, while Donegal will meet Down and Cavan will take on Fermanagh.

In Leinster, Dublin look to be on a collision course with All-Ireland champions, with a semi-final meeting scheduled if Anthony Daly’s men can get past either Carlow or Laois who contest the lone preliminary round.

From the other quarter-finals Galway and Wexford will go head to head for the right to meet either Offaly or Antrim.

Beaten All-Ireland finalists and defending provincial champions Tipperary will take on old rivals Cork in the only quarter-final in Munster.

Limerick await the winner in the semi-final, while either Clare or Waterford will be in the final.
