Forty kilograms of cannabis resin, with a street value of £400,000, was seized from a car on the North Circular Road in Dublin by gardai and customs officers last night. One man was being detained last night, under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act, at Fitzgibbon Street Garda station.
