Confectionery and soft drinks group Cadbury Schweppes Plc said today it had agreed to buy Spain's third-largest drinks manufacturer La Casera from the Iberian Beverages Group for 117 million euros ($102.1 million).
La Casera, which employs around 520 people, made net sales of about 49 million pounds in 2000, Cadbury Schweppes said in a statement.
