The chairman of Dublin Port Company, Joe Burke, a close associate of Taoiseach Bertie Ahern is to appear at the Mahon inquiry on May 1st.
Mr Burke was to have given evidence on April 9th but that appearance was cancelled.
Sligo developer Tom Gilmartin has alleged Mr Burke sought money for assistance in acquiring lands at Quarryvale, Dublin, from Dublin Corporation.
