We're getting more adventurous, we restaurant-goers - but slowly. So puzzling did white Mitchelton III 1995 seem (outlets above, £8.59-£8.99), with its blend of Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier, that wary wine drinkers didn't buy enough of it. Soon there won't be enough of it to buy, as Mitchelton isn't making any more.
Pounce on what remains and savour that luscious pineapple-and-spice character while you can. Brilliant with Asian food.
