A car dealer was alleged in the High Court in Belfast yesterday to be a "major player" in a multi-million-pound drugstrafficking operation. The claim was made during a bail application by Mr James Andrew Millar (36), from Toome Road, Ballymena, Co Antrim, who is charged with assisting or inducing others to smuggle £16 million worth of cannabis which was seized at Kilrush, Co Clare, in November 1996. Bail was refused by Mr Justice Shiel.
