Donelli's cod and prawns with sweet chilli and coriander
1 cod fillet per person
3 king prawns per person
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

1 tbsp chopped coriander
Broccoli, sugarsnaps, baby spinach
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Pop the kettle on to boil. Stir the lime juice, sweet chilli sauce and chopped coriander together. Lay the cod fillets on a baking tray, sprinkle the prawns on them and pour the sauce over the top. Pop into the warmed oven for 12 minutes (for a 6oz fillet). Steam the broccoli, stir-fry the greens and serve with the fish.
