Sunny back gardens are promised in the entire second phase of 26 four-bedroom houses overlooking the sea at Lambay View, Skerries Road, Rush, Co Dublin. The first 46 houses sold out quickly last March, according to agent Ross McParland. Many of these were snapped up by young buyers trading up from city centre apartments.

Forty-two of the houses for sale this weekend are four bedroom semis, priced from £144,950 to £158,950 depending on location and plot size. Two four-bedroom detached houses are from £160,000. There is a choice of two different floor plans and elevations.

The scheme is positioned off the coast road with panoramic views to Lambay Island from the upper windows. The distance from the city is approximately 17 miles and there is a train service from Lusk, 2.5 miles from the site.
