Location: 71 Grafton Street, Dublin 2. APPLICATIONS

Location: Pavilions Shopping Centre, Malahide Road, Swords, Co Dublin. Proposed development: extend car-park from six car-park levels to eight levels, alterations to ramps, staircores and lift lobbies. Development has 8,986sq m (96,724sq ft) on a site of 1.62 acres and will increase the number of spaces by 275, from 1,038 to 1,313. APPLICATIONS

Location: former Allegro site, Carmanhall Road/Blackthorn Avenue/Blackthorn Drive, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18. Proposed development: demolish all structures on site for a mixed-use scheme of 847 apartments, neighbourhood retail shops and services and café restaurants with 11,794sq m (126,949sq ft), including a convenience store and retail showroom/warehouse, office accommodation, crèche, community building and 39 live/work units. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Millmount (Milltown) Terrace, Dundrum Road, Windy Arbour, Dundrum, Dublin 14. Block A (nine storeys over basement) has one three-bed apartment and 37 two-bed apartments over 593sq m (63,830sq ft) offices at ground level.
