Lisney is seeking £1,050,000 for Clare House, a modern office building at 16 Windsor Place, off Lower Pembroke Street, which is for sale by private treaty. The 4,741 sq ft building has its own car-parking facilities.
In Dun Laoghaire, the same agency is seeking £300,000 for a recently refurbished Victorian office building with 1,526 sq ft at 24 Millifort Avenue.
