The O'Connor Shannon agency expects to secure more than £600,000 for a partially let Georgian office building opposite The Swan Shopping Centre, at 177 Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, which is to be auctioned on April 29th. The garden level offices and stores are let to Bank of Ireland under a 25-year lease at a rent of £7,500 per annum. The building has a total floor area of 2,415 sq ft. The property also includes an area of 2,960 sq ft at the rear fronting on to Swanville Place, which may be sold with the building or as a separate lot.
